1. General ProvisionsThis Privacy Policy describes our rules and procedures for collecting, using and disclosing your information when you use the Service (Sizial Connect messenger), and informs you about your rights regarding personal data in accordance with applicable law.
2. What data we collectWhen using our Service, we collect the following data:
2.1. Data you provide voluntarily
- Name (pseudonym) – for display in chats.
- Email address – for account identification and access recovery.
2.2. Automatically collected data
- IP address of your device.
- Device type.
- Operating system version of your mobile device.
- Unique device identifiers.
- Time and date of using the Service.
- Technical data about communication sessions.
3. Storage of messagesMessages (text, photos, videos, files) that you send through the messenger are stored on our servers to ensure their delivery to the recipient, synchronization between devices, and operation of message history. We do not analyze or read the content of your messages automatically or manually, except as expressly provided by law.
4. Geolocation, contacts, end-to-end encryption- Geolocation: We do not collect geolocation data either in active or background mode.
- Phonebook contacts: We do not request or collect your contacts.
- End-to-end encryption: Currently, the service does not use end-to-end encryption. Please do not transmit information requiring additional protection through the messenger.
5. Data transferData between the application and the server is transmitted using the HTTPS protocol.
6. AdvertisingThe messenger does not broadcast any advertisements.
7. Deletion of account and dataIf you wish to delete your account and all associated information (including all messages), send a request to the following email address: adm@4kv.ru. In your request, be sure to provide the email address associated with your account. We will delete all data within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving the request and confirm the deletion by a reply email.
8. Child Safety and Prohibited ContentSizial Connect is a communication platform that allows users to create accounts and share user-generated content, including text messages, images, and files. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users, especially children.
We strictly prohibit any use of the app in connection with Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We have a zero-tolerance policy for such content and behavior. Any suspected violation or inappropriate content noticed while using the app should be immediately reported using the in-app "Report" feature or via Email: adm@4kv.ru
We review all reports within 24 hours, take immediate action to remove illegal content, and cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable law.
